WHEN CAN I RETURN/EXCHANGE MY ORDER?

For your convenience and assurance to shop online, we are pleased to offer a return/exchange on purchases if initiated within ten (10) days from the date of receiving your order.

NOTE: ALL Purchases made using a discount coupon or bought during sale are considered FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.

HOW TO SEND IN YOUR RETURN/EXCHANGE

To Initiate a Return, You may contact us by e-mail at info@iverexpress.com with your order number, product details and reason for return/exchange. A member of our support team will contact you with the return label and initiate a pick-up.

TRACKING MY RETURN

Once the return is received by our warehouse, you will be notified with the confirmation of refund or exchange via email.

REFUNDS

Items purchased from Iver Express are elibigle for refund if unused and the refund is initiated within 10 days from date of delivery. To initiate a refund, contact us at info@iverexpress.com with your order number, product specifications and reason to initiate refund. A member of our team will contact you within 24 hours.

A small number of heavily discounted items may be marked FINAL SALE, in which case they are not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit.
